AMETIST BB-01 CW Dye Laser
The AMETIST BB-01 consists of a three-mirror linear cavity with a one-, two- or three-plate Birefringent Filter. The mirrors provides the high conversion efficiency and the wide working spectral range for the corresponding dyes.
A micrometer controlled rotating the birefringent plate(s) on an axis normal to it tunes the wavelength radiation. By observing the calibrated micrometer screw markings, it is possible to reset the center of line radiation to within 0.1 nm.
The AMETIST BB-01 was designed for high amplitude stability and repeatable performance without frequent alignment and adjustment. Stable three invar rod cavity provides excellent reproducibility of alignment from the start to start.

The typical linewidth for AMETIST BB-01 with a 1-, 2- or 3-plate plate birefringent filter is 500 GHz, 200 GHz or 40 GHz accordingly.
